New Internet Functions
Sogécap launches its on-line life insurance policy handling service in the Customer Zone on Société Générale bank's website for individual clients.
Since 25 February 2009, Société Générale and Sogécap offer customers new on-line functions and services.
At any time Société Générale customers with a life insurance policy can now carry out transactions directly on their secure Customer Zone, such as:
- making free inpayments
- carrying out fund switching
- managing their instalment inpayments (set up, alter, suspend or recommence payments)
- accessing transaction statements (history going back 400 days, status of transactions initiated on the Internet and cancellation of those transactions etc).
In addition this new zone offers individual clients a rich source of information on their policies: synopsis of policy specifications and details of the investment funds used.
