Sogécap confirms that it has signed an undertaking with EPAD to acquire the right to construct a new office block, “D²”, which will be built on the current site of the Bureau Veritas building at La Défense, Paris.This tower, which is planned for delivery in 2013, will comprise 54 000 m² of office space over 37 floors. The building has been designed to confirm to the highest environmental requirements.The creation of architects Anthony Béchu and Tom Sheehan, this building is destined for letting to a sole occupant and will be built by the developers Sogeprom and Bouygues Immobilier.
