SOGECAP and SOGESSUR : ISO 9001 certification renewed
Quality of service is at the very heart of Societe Generale Insurance's relationship with their customers.
It is inscribed in the policies of the Group, and more specifically, in the objectives of Ambition SG 2015.
AFNOR has renewed the ISO 9001 labels for SOGECAP and SOGESSUR :
- SOGECAP is ISO 9001 certified since 2004 for all of its management, contract and customer service activities;
- SOGESSUR is certified in the areas of product design, customer relations and settlement of claims.
SOGESSUR is certified ISO 9001 since 2000 for the process of compensation, and since 2004
for the customer relation and contracts process.
