Renewal of ISO 9001 certification

For the 5th year in a row, the Sogécap group has obtained renewal of its ISO 9001 certification for its entire business handling organisation.

Each year Sogécap invites AFAQ to carry out an external audit of its business handling. The audit covers all of the organisational procedures that contribute to the quality of the service rendered to customers in our distribution networks and their understanding of the information provided to them on policy handling matters.
