Oscar for best policyholder service

For the 9th year in a row, Sogécap has won the 'Oscar' for "best policyholder service" awarded by the magazine Gestion de Fortune.

Quality and top level service are part of our organisation's culture and the customer is always put at the centre of the company's operations. Our constant objective is to respond rapidly and effectively to customer requests and provide high quality service (search for beneficiaries, response time to complaints, number of calls handled etc). Furthermore, since 2004, Sogécap has been certified under the international ISO 9001 standard by the French quality agency AFAQ for its policy handling and the services provided to customers. This certification was renewed in 2007.
