Gathering:
In order to better respond to your requirements, whilst visiting this site, Sogécap may, especially through the use of forms, gather data that is directly or indirectly of a personal nature. This data is recorded in Sogécap'ss information systems or the information systems of service providers and consultants so authorised by Sogécap. Some of this personal data is mandatory for the processing of your requests: such mandatory data is shown in bold type or highlighted in any other equivalent manner.

Usage:

Such data may also be used to keep you informed of events, actions or publications that may interest you. Data that is indirectly of a personal nature may be collected for statistical purposes and in order to manage your connection and your browser (Cf. information on Cookies below).

Recipients:

It is clearly understood that data gathered may be transmitted, for the usage set out above, to Sogécap, to legal entities of the Société Générale group, to its partners, brokers and insurers as well as to sub-contractors and service providers, within the limits of that which is necessary for carrying out the tasks assigned to them.

Such opposition may nevertheless mean that Sogécap cannot provide the service.
