Regulated businesses
The object of the company Sogecap is to transact Life insurance and, more generally, any business involving commitments that are dependent on the duration of human life. Gathering of data

Throughout the duration of the insurance relationship, Sogecap and Sogessur may entrust certain services that ensure operating functions to service providers chosen for their expertise and reliability and who are located outside the European Union in order to carry out specific limited IT services (tests, developments, IT maintenance etc.).
Right of access, correction and opposition
Any person concerned by such data processing has the right to access the data of a personal nature that concerns them, as well as to ask for that data to be corrected, updated or for wrong, incomplete or outdated data to be deleted and has the right to oppose any processing of data of a personal nature that concerns them, provided they have a legitimate justifiable reason. Such opposition may nevertheless mean that Sogecap or Sogessur cannot provide the service that you have contracted for.
